Structure
RCC Frame structure C+S+9 upper floors designed to withstand wind and seismic forces.Masonry
External walls in 9” first class table molded brick masonry. Internal walls in 4 ½” first class table molded brick masonry.
Plastering
Two coats of cement mortar sponge finished plastering for both external and internal walls. Altek/eqv smooth stucco finish for all internal walls.
Painting
Two coats of exterior Acrylic emulsion paint for external walls and two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint over smooth stucco for internal walls. All paints of Asian/ICI or equivalent make.
Joinery
- Doors: Main Door of Teak wood frame and Teakwood paneled shutters, duly polished with Melamine finish. Internal doors Teak wood frame and molded skin paneled doors of Godrej, Kutty or eqv, and hardware of reputed make.
- Windows: Powder coated Aluminum windows with float glass glazing with MS safety grills.
Flooring
Vitrified tiled flooring in hall, bedroom and kitchen. Anti-skid ceramic flooring in toilets and utility.
Kitchen
Granite Platform with stainless steel/granite sink with municipal bore water & "Mineral" water connections. 2 ft high, good quality colored glazed tiled dado, of Johnson/Bell or Eqv make. Provisions for cabinets, exhaust fan and electric chimney
Toilets
All toilets consist of:
- EWC with flush tank Hindustan/Parry or eqv make.
- Hot & cold water mixer with shower
- Provision for Geyser in all toilets
- All CP fittings Chrome plated and Jaquar/Mark/Essess or eqv. make
- Pedestal mounted wash basin in all toilets
